This policy describes the practices of Fiber AI, Inc. ("Fiber AI," "we", "us" or "our") and your choices regarding personal information we collect through our websites and applications that link to this policy (collectively the “Service”), as well as through our other activities described in this policy.
We and our third party service providers may monitor and record your interactions with us or the Service, including during support calls and our events, for the purposes described in this policy.

Scope of this Privacy Policy
For purposes of this policy, “personal information” refers to information about an identifiable natural person, but excludes information that does not qualify as “personal information”, “personal data” or information within the scope of similar terms defined in privacy laws (e.g., deidentified data, aggregated data, certain publicly available information).
This policy does not apply to our customers’ privacy practices. For example, our customers may use personal information obtained from us in their sales and marketing outreach to their customers or prospective customers. We do not control our customers’ use and disclosure of this information. In certain circumstances, we act as a processor on behalf of our customers, and in those circumstances, the customer is responsible for our processing of personal information on its behalf. If we process personal information under an agreement pursuant to which we act as a processor to an enterprise customer, that agreement governs our processing of personal information on its behalf and not this policy. If you have any concerns about our customers’ or other third parties’ privacy practices, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of those entities.
The Service is intended for use by businesses and the personal information covered by this policy pertains to individuals acting in a business or commercial context. The Service is not intended for use by individuals for personal, family, household, or other consumer purposes.
Personal information we collect
The personal information we collect from you, either directly or indirectly, will depend on how you interact with us and with our Service. In general, we collect personal information about you from the following sources:
Information you provide to us. Personal information you may provide to us includes:
- Contact data. Full name, professional title, organization name, mailing address, email address, phone number, other contact details, and link to your LinkedIn or other social media profile.
- Account data. The data you use to establish or access your Service user account, such as your email address and any password associated with your account, and any other information you choose to add to your Service account or profile, such as your photo, company logo, or credentials to the third party services you use through the Service.
- Customer data. The information, data, content, communications, and/or files you submit to or generate on the Service through your Service user account, and any other Customer Data described in our Terms of Service.
- Transaction data. Commercial details about the services or features you've purchased or considered purchasing.
- Payment data. Any payment card data, banking details, or other data provided to pay for the Service, and information about your payment transactions.
- Communications data. Information in your communications with us, including when you communicate with us through the Service, our support channels, email, social media, events, or otherwise.
If we collect personal information not specifically listed above, we will use it consistent with this policy or as otherwise explained at the time of collection.
Automatic collection. As you navigate the Service, our communications, and other online services, we, our service providers, and advertising partners may automatically collect identifiable information about you, your computer or device, and your browsing actions and use patterns, such as:

Device data. Information about your computer or mobile device, such as operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique device identification numbers or other identifiers, language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., Wi-Fi, LTE, 3G), and general location information associated with your IP Address, such as city, state, or geographic area.

Usage data. Page views, search terms, log-in information, what videos and other content you view, how long you spent on a page, the website you visited before browsing to the Service, navigation paths between pages, information about your interaction with the Service (including your clicks, mouse movements, scrolls, keystrokes, and the cadence of your interactions), access times and duration of access, whether you have opened our emails or clicked links within them, and other functional information on Service performance (like diagnostics and crash logs).
Web technologies. The following technologies enable some of the automatic collection described above:
- Cookies. Cookies are text files that websites store on a visitor’s device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser for the purpose of tracking user activity and patterns, helping the visitor navigate between pages efficiently, remembering preferences, improving the visitor’s browsing experience, and enabling analytics and advertising. Cookies used on our site are used for all of these purposes and include cookies that we serve as well as cookies served by third parties that we work with. - Pixels. Also known as pixel tags, web beacons or clear GIFs, pixels are embedded in software code or invisibly in image files within web pages or HTML formatted emails and used to collect device data and usage data or demonstrate that a web page, email or certain content was accessed, opened, viewed or clicked, typically to compile statistics about usage of websites and the performance of marketing campaigns. We may use pixels to collect information about your interactions with our email messages, such as the links you click on and whether you open or forward a message, the date and time of these interactions and the device you use to read emails.
- Embedded scripts. Embedded scripts are software code (e.g., JavaScript) temporarily downloaded to your device to collect information about your interactions with the Service.
- Browser web storage. Also referred to as locally stored objects or HTML5, browser web storage functions like cookies but enables the storage of a larger amount of data.
- Session replay. We use third party services that employ software code in the Service to record users’ interactions with the Service in a manner that allows us to watch and analyze visual reconstructions of those user sessions. The replays include users’ clicks, mouse movements, scrolls, and keystrokes during those sessions. These replays help us diagnose usability problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Flash “cookies”. Flash cookies are small data files that are stored on your device by Adobe Flash Player. Unlike traditional cookies, Flash cookies can store more complex data and can remain on your device for longer periods of time. They are used to remember your settings and preferences, enable enhanced functionalities, such as video playback, monitor and analyze usage and performance of our website, and prevent fraudulent activities and enhance security.
Third party sources. We combine personal information we receive from you or collect automatically when you use the Service with personal information we obtain from other sources, such as:

Data brokers. Third party data brokers provide personal information about customers and prospective customers of Fiber AI or our customers when we are enabling data enrichment features of the Service for them. This information includes contact data, education and professional history, biographical data, firmographic data about their associated companies, social media profile and activity details, email activity details, and other attributes (“Professional Profile Data”).
- Other customers. Professional Profile Data compiled in our own commercial database in part from data our customers share with us, where authorized by our Terms of Service or other agreements with them.
- Public sources. We collect certain data from publicly accessible sources, such as social media profiles.
- Our business contacts. Our professional contacts share with us contact details about individuals in their networks, including prospective customers and partners.
Information we collect when customers use the Service. When our customers use certain features of the Service, including its email marketing and data enrichment features, we collect personal information of their website visitors, customers and prospective customers.
How we use personal information
We use personal information for the following purposes or as otherwise described in this policy or at the time of collection:

Providing the Service. We use personal information to provide, operate and maintain the Service and our business; process your payments; communicate with you about our Service (including via support and administrative messages). Certain personal information that you provide may be included in the Professional Profile Data available to customers who use our data enrichment features, where authorized by our Terms of Service or other applicable agreement.

Research and development. We use personal information for research and development purposes, including to analyze and improve the Service and our business in an informed way, as applicable. As part of these activities, we may create aggregated, de-identified and/or anonymized data from personal information we collect. We make personal information into de-identified or anonymized data by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We may use this aggregated, de-identified or otherwise anonymized data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze, improve and promote the Service and our business.

Marketing. We, our service providers, and our third party advertising partners may collect and use personal information for the following purposes:
- Visitor data enrichment. We use third party services that use the web technologies described above to collect device data and usage data about website visitors and transmit it to data brokers who return data that they believe pertains to those visitors. This allows us to identify and more effectively market to them. See the data broker section above for more details on the data they provide. We use these services to facilitate our customers’ sales and marketing activities when they use the visitor data enrichment features of the Service, and also in our own sales and marketing activities. We do not retain the associated data after the customer terminates.
- Direct marketing. We may contact you about our products and services via mail, email, or phone as permitted by law. You may opt-out of our marketing communications as described in the opt-out of marketing section below. We also offer features of the Service that facilitate our customers’ own direct email marketing to their customers and prospective customers.

Targeted advertising. Third party advertising partners that we work with may use the web technologies described above to collect device data and usage data about your interaction with the Service, our communications, and other online services over time and with different browsers and devices. They use that information to serve online ads and marketing messages that they think will interest you on other online services and to measure their effectiveness. They may also use contact data we provide to try to target relevant ads on their platforms to our customers or prospective customers.

Compliance and protection. We use personal information to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities. We also use personal information to protect our, your or others’ rights, privacy, safety, or property (including by making and defending legal claims), including by conducting internal audits against our policies; enforcing the terms and conditions that govern the Service; and taking steps to prevent, investigate and deter fraud, cyberattacks or other unauthorized, unethical, or illegal activity.
How we share personal information
We may share personal information with the following categories of recipients and as otherwise described in this policy or at the time of collection.
- Service providers. We share personal information with third parties that provide services to us or help us operate the Service or our business (such as business applications, cloud services, information technology, cybersecurity, customer support, billing, customer relationship management, telecommunications, email validation and delivery, marketing and advertising, payment processing, generative artificial intelligence, feature research, call/video conference recording and transcription, customer research, and analytics).
- Payment processors. Third party payment processors, such as Stripe, collect your payment card data and other transaction data to process your payments for the Service. You can read Stripe’s privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.
- Customers. We make Professional Profile Data available to customers who use the data enrichment features of the Service.
- Data brokers. We share certain personal information about individuals with third party data brokers that they use to send us additional information believed to pertain to those individuals. Their use of your personal information is subject to their own privacy policies.
- Advertising partners. Third party advertising partners for the targeted advertising purposes described above. Their use of personal information is subject to their own privacy policies.
- Affiliates. We may share personal information with corporate affiliates that we control, are controlled by, or with which we are under common control, for purposes consistent with this policy.
- Professional advisors. We may share personal information with professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers, and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
- **Authorities and others.**We may share personal information with law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate for the compliance and protection purposes described above.
- Business transferees. In the context of exploring or completing transactions involving a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, sale or other disposition of all or any portion of the business or assets of, Fiber AI or our affiliates (including, in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings), we may share personal information with the parties to those transactions or discussions and their respective advisors.
Your choices
Your choices regarding the personal information we hold about you include the following:
- Access or update your information. You may review and update certain Service account information in your settings or by contacting us.

Opt-out of marketing communications. You may opt-out of marketing emails by following the opt-out instructions in the email. Please note that if you opt-out of marketing emails, you may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you reject cookies, clear cookies and browser web storage, and prevent pixels/clear gifs from loading. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser settings. Disabling these technologies may prevent Service features from working.
- Flash “cookies”. You can manage and control Flash cookies through the settings in Adobe Flash Player. Adobe provides tools to manage Flash cookies through the Flash Player Settings Manager. Please note that disabling Flash cookies may affect the functionality of some features on our websites.
- Google analytics. You can learn more about Google Analytics, one of the analytics services we use, and how to opt-out of being tracked by Google Analytics, here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Industry opt-out tools. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads on websites through members of the Network Advertising Initiative by clicking here or the Digital Advertising Alliance by clicking here. You can also opt out of receiving targeted advertising in mobile apps through participating members of the Digital Advertising Alliance by using the AppChoices mobile app. Please note that we may work with companies that offer their own opt-out mechanisms and may not participate in these opt-out programs.
- Do Not Track. Some Internet browsers may be configured to send “Do Not Track” signals to the online services that you visit. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. To find out more about “Do Not Track,” please visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com.
Third party sites and services
The Service contains links to or integrations with online services operated by third parties, such as the third party email platforms you use to send marketing emails through the Service. In addition, our technology or content may be integrated into web pages or other online services operated by third parties. These links and integrations are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. We do not control websites or other online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other websites and online services you use.
Security
We use various technical and organizational measures designed to protect the personal information we process. However, security risk is inherent in all internet and information technologies, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.
International data transfers
We are headquartered in the United States and the Service is not intended to be used outside of the United States. We and our service providers may transfer your personal information to, and access it from, the United States and other countries where we and they operate. Data protection laws in those countries may not be as protective as those where you live.
Children
The Service is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian of a child from whom you believe we have collected personal information in a manner prohibited by law, please contact us. If we learn that we have collected personal information through the Service from a child without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will comply with applicable legal requirements to delete the information.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this policy and posting it on the Service or other appropriate means. Any modifications to this policy will be effective upon our posting the modified version (or as otherwise indicated at the time of posting). In all cases, your use of the Service after the effective date of any modified policy indicates your acknowledgment that the modified policy applies to your use of the Service and interaction with us.
